Shared with readers what is your daily routine as a fighter.

I am disciplined and dedicated in all that I do. My daily routine is busy; I spend a lot of time at the gym, training, and following a nutritious diet to keep my body fit and healthy. I value time and try to improve my quality of life by learning new things and watching inspirational and action movies that highlight courage and resilience. Healthy eating is essential to me as it fuels my fitness and strength.

How did you get interested in martial arts?

My interest in martial arts began in childhood. Watching a Muay Thai match made me realize the mental and physical strength it requires. Muay Thai is not just a fight; it’s an art that challenges the mind and body. I am motivated by the desire to push myself and build strength both in and outside the ring.

What is your dream?

My biggest dream is to become a Muay Thai world champion and represent my country internationally. I aim to inspire others, especially the youth, by showing that with discipline, passion, and hard work, any challenge can be overcome. Muay Thai is not just a sport; it’s a way of life that teaches courage, humility, and respect.

Other than Muay Thai, do you do any other styles?

Besides Muay Thai, I practice other martial arts like boxing and Silat. I believe learning different techniques helps me understand my strengths and weaknesses. With some Silat titles under my belt, I apply this knowledge to each Muay Thai fight.

Who is your idols?

My idols in Muay Thai are Buakaw Banchamek and Saenchai, known for their resilience and sportsmanship. In life, my parents are my greatest inspiration, always supporting me through challenges and instilling in me values of hard work, patience, and love.

Any advice for newcomer?

My advice is to never fear starting and never give up when facing difficulties. Muay Thai, like life, is a journey of patience and resilience. Each bruise and setback represent progress. Don’t fear failure; each one is a lesson that strengthens us. Martial arts are a journey of self-discovery, and for me, it fosters a sense of community and values.

Thank you again for this opportunity. I hope to give my best performance for all fans and continue to elevate Muay Thai.
